Shipping Policy
We ship Monday through Thursday. All seafood products ship standard overnight. Our Carrier is Fed-Ex and no signature will be required. An office location is preferred, but they will deliver to a residence / home as well. Please make sure somebody is physically present at the receiving location to accept the package or leave a visible note on the door for the delivery person, instructing where to leave the package. You will be notified by email as soon as product is pulled for delivery. You will also receive both a tracking number and phone number to follow your order. Product will be in frozen state and should be placed in freezer until you are ready to start thawing. It is you're responsibly to make sure you get your package at delivering end.
